Open a support issue

Before opening an issue

• Confirm you are using a current Chrome Dev or Canary build.
• Check that the relevant Chrome built-in AI APIs are enabled and available.
• Allow Chrome's on-device model download to finish before retrying.
• Include your Chrome version, operating system, and which Texteclair action failed.

Common causes

If a button is disabled or a model setup message appears, Chrome may expose the API while the on-device model is still downloading or initializing. If AI actions are unavailable, your Chrome build, device, or selected language may not currently support the required API.
